An improved model
The Prostaff 5 are the successors of the Nikon RAIII series, improved models since they are 20% lighter, with a new zoom eyepiece lens that minimizes extreme color aberration of the field of view and offers a great distance between the eye and the eyepiece for greater viewing comfort.
They also incorporate an integrated sliding sunshade.
All terrain
This telescope has all the robustness required for outdoor activities without losing its elegant and compact design.
It is water resistant (up to 1 m for 10 minutes) and has an anti-fogging system, so you can enjoy a clear optic of great contrast with any weather and see the most subtle details of the subjects.
In addition, all objectives and prisms of the main body and eyepieces have multilayer coating.

The Nikon Fieldscope Prostaff 5 60 Layered features a large (60mm) lens that provides a brighter field of view.
They also incorporate a Digiscoping mount, which makes it possible to connect to a wide variety of compact digital cameras of the COOLPIX series using the FSB series digital camera support.
And if that were not enough, it has two threaded holes in the main body that allow a stable mounting on an adjustable tripod, for use with or without Digiscoping system.
