Buccellati's elegant 'Macri' watch has been crafted by hand using the label's time-honored 'Rigato' technique - a master craftsman engraves the entire surface of the bracelet, stripe by stripe, to create a unique fabric effect. Crafted from 18-karat gold, it's dotted with 0.41-carats of shimmering brilliant-cut diamonds, placed in intricate 'Ornato' settings, and has a green malachite dial.
