Louis Roederer Rosé Crystal Champagne
In 1974, one hundred years after the creation of Cristal, Jean-Claude Rouzaud created the Cristal Rosé cuvée, selecting old Pinot noir vines, located in the best terroirs of the Grand Cru d'Aÿ, today cultivated in biodynamic agriculture.
Taking an exquisite minerality from the exclusive limestone soil of this terroir, these grapes are distinguished by reaching, in the great years, an extraordinary maturity associated with a crystalline acidity. The aromatic intensity is perceived from the attack in the mouth, with an impressive roundness and soft and sweet flavors of white flowers, red fruits, caramel and caramelized apple.
The round, ample and refined texture of the mouthfeel, typical of the House of Louis Roederer, is reinforced by a vinous structure, without being robust, and by a great freshness that gives the impression of great finesse and reinforces the precision of the wine.
