To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the patent of the Patek Philippe Annual Calendar, the men's model reference 5396, with double day/month window in line and date at 6 o'clock, is enriched with a new version in white and pink gold. This model features a sun-kissed grey dial on the white-gold model and a silvered opaline dial on the pink-gold model, accompanied by large Breguet numerals applied in gold.
