The OPTIKA B-510DK darkfield microscope was developed for laboratory use and especially for the examination of vital blood. Using its adapter for DSLR or microscopy cameras, the images obtained can be observed and/or recorded.

Design of the microscope head:

trinocular
the microscope head is 360° rotatable and 30° inclined
Lenses:

Fully corrected, planochromatic lenses with 4X, 10X, 40X and 100X magnification The 100X is an oil lens for use with immersion oil and with a built-in iris diaphragm.

Dark field:

The heart of this impressive darkfield microscope has a powerful built-in LED illumination (with colour temperature: 6300 K and LED life of approximately 50,000 hours), and fixing screws for calibration.
