Champagne Salon Blanc de Blancs Delamotte 2006
Salon is a unique champagne created by Aimé Salon après the 20th century. A unique terroir on the côte des Blancs, a cru in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, with the chardonnay grape as the only variety:
Bright yellow, with small and abundant bubbles. On the nose, it is intense, elegant, with great complexity. Floral notes, white and citrus fruits, hints of vanilla, with a mineral background.
In the mouth, elegant entrance, stands out for its roundness and creaminess, with a long finish in which the sensations of fruit, flowers and minerality return.
