Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2006 is a tribute to Dom Thierry Ruinart, visionary founder of Maison.

It is made exclusively from Chardonnay Grand Cru, Champagne with a delicate and elegant structure.
Pale greenish-yellow colour with silvery reflections.

On the nose it is quite subtle and elegant and in the mouth it is very fresh and fruity with floral notes: citron (a very sweet citrus), stone fruit (nectarine and yellow plums) and freshly ripened white fruit, with linden and lily of the valley providing the floral notes.

The nose continues to develop a fresh floral register, peppered with several spicy ''green'' notes.
 
On the palate these fresh and delicate notes are complemented by slightly toasted brioche aromas very typical of the Dom Ruinart style.

The 2006 vintage expresses itself in a very soft, elegant and airy balance, providing a natural sweetness highlighted by a particularly low dosage .
 
The finish offers delicious citrus notes that provide a soft and refreshing acidity.
