    Armand de Brignac Brut Rosé Ace Of Spades Melchizedek Armand de Brignac produces Armand de Brignac Brut Rosé Ace Of Spades Melchizedek, a Champagne AOC sparkling wine whose grape selection contains pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay and has an alcohol content of 12.5º.

    To accompany Armand de Brignac Brut Rosé Ace Of Spades Melchizedek, nothing better than appetizers and canapés and starters.

    Armand de Brignac Brut Rosé Ace Of Spades Melchizedek (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir) TASTING NOTES: Sight: Very strong lemon yellow colour.

    Nose: Aroma of yeast, caramel, red fruits and sweet spices.

    Hints of peach, pear and fresh flowers.

    Palate: Complex, full-bodied, with notes of leather, vanilla, strawberry and other red fruits.

    It is perfectly integrated, has a creamy texture and a long, silky finish.

    APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Champagne (France).

    VINEYARD: Armand de Brignac.

    GRAPES: Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Pinot Meunier (20%).

    AGEING: Matured in oak barrels for about 9 months before bottling and marketing.

    WINEMAKING: The grapes are harvested and macerated for 30 to 45 days in wooden barrels.

    They are then fermented in barrels for about 6 months.

    WINE PAIRING: Ideal with white meats, fish, seafood, shellfish, crustaceans, cold meats and fresh cheeses.

    RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14°C ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5%.
