Product description

Red wine from China Ao Yun 2014 by Moët Hennessy

Red wine from China Ao Yun 2014 by Moët Hennessy Ao Yun, one of the best wines in China made by Moet Hennessy.

Produced in the foothills of the Himalayas, near the legendary city of Shangri-La, Ao Yun is the fruit of an exceptional adventure that pushes the boundaries of winemaking, creating a wine cellar in a previously unexplored terroir.

Dark colour, intense and deep.

In the nose it presents its identity through multiple layers.

We feel the spice with cinnamon and liquorice, the freshness with mint and cedar wood, the earth with leather and humus, the mineral with graphite and lead and red fruit with cherry and blackcurrant.

In the mouth it is dry, with a medium body, the palate offers a long and polished tannin.

It confirms the nose with a myriad of refreshing, fruity and mineral notes, such as peony, seaweed, wild black raspberry and graphite.

Excellent balance between minerality, acidity, sweetness and alcohol.

Overall, complexity, freshness, elegance and subtle tannins make up the unique character of this new Himalayan terroir.
