Red wine Château Cheval Blanc 2011 Saint Emilion Château Cheval Blanc belongs to the LVMH group, and is considered one of the big eight in Bordeaux An elegant and tasty wine, a benchmark in the world of wine Very intense red colour. The nose is complex. Floral aromas and red fruits stand out. Full-bodied on the palate. Medium palate, very complete and voluptuous. Long finish. The tannin is silky and elegant. It stands out for its balance. Elegant and complex, a clear reflection of this Château. 93 / 100 a wine with grace and elegance. As expected the tannins are refined and soft with firmness that highlights the herbaceous and spicy flavors in the mouth. There is a lot of depth and finesse with a long finish that offers a touch of violet. Not a powerful vintage but will evolve very well in the cellar / Jeannie Cho Lee Château Cheval Blanc winery/converter Allergens Contains sulfites
