    Guide to exchanging earned products for cash

    At Daxdi you have the chance to exchange any product that you have won in an auction for its cash value.

    If you decide to make the exchange, you have the possibility to receive the money through bank transfer or PayPal.

    The value of each auctioned product is shown on all auction pages, you can see it on the details page, in the auction information section, that is the amount you will receive if you decide to exchange the auctioned product for its cash value.

    Here is a brief guide to help you understand and make use of this Daxdi function.

    Can I exchange any auctioned product for money?

    Yes, any auctioned product is available to be exchanged for its cash value.

    The products obtained in the Daxdi points shop are not available to be exchanged for money, only the products won in the auctions.

    How can I exchange my won product for cash?

    After the payment of the final won auction price the system will give you 2 options, to receive the product or to receive its value in cash.

    You have to select the option to receive money and follow the instructions to complete the process.

    How and when I will receive the cash?

    Once you have selected the option in which you want to receive the money, you will have to choose between receiving it by PayPal or by bank transfer.

    After selecting your preferred option, the system will ask you for information about the selected method, the email account if you have selected paypal or your bank account's SWIFT and IBAN.

    Once the whole process has been completed with all the information, the transfer is done instantly and automatically. You will receive an email to confirm the operation. For PayPal transfers the money is received in the destination account instantly, for bank transfers it can take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account, it depends of your bank, weekends and holidays in your country or town.

    Why is it possible to exchange products for cash?

    This function was requested by many Daxdi users, many of whom prefer instant cash in their bank accounts rather than receiving the product.

    And Daxdi always tries to satisfy user requests, which is why it is now possible for all users to exchange their won products at auctions directly in Daxdi for their cash value.
