How works the Daxdi support tickets system?

Our ticketing support system is the easiest and fastest way to get in touch with our customer service.

You can use the support tickets to make any kind of query or doubt about Daxdi's operations, any error found, any problem you may have or simply ask for information about anything related to Daxdi.

Our excellent customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As we have users and customers from all over the world with all time slots we are committed to provide this unbeatable customer service.

The average response time for a support ticket is 30 minutes.

Here is a brief guide to help you understand how it works and how to use it

Creating a new support ticket

To create a support ticket, simply login to your user panel, there you will see both a quick access card to the ticketing system and a menu option.

To open a new ticket you just have to click on the open new ticket button, fill in all the data and click on the create ticket button.

Once you have created the ticket, you will receive the confirmation in your email, and you will see the created ticket in your support ticket panel, marked as open and awaiting reply.

Receiving a reply to a support ticket

As soon as our customer service agents respond to your support ticket you will receive an email notifying you that your ticket has been responded to, along with a brief summary and a quick link to your user panel to view the ticket.

If your question, query or problem has not been fully resolved, you can answer the ticket again from your user panel.

Closing solved support tickets

When an open support ticket has no response from the user within 24 hours, we assume that the question, query or problem is fully clarified and the ticket will be closed automatically.

Once the ticket is closed you cannot send any answer, if you still have more doubts, questions or problems you will have to open a new support ticket.
