The Daxdi products delivery process

At Daxdi we care a lot about the delivery process of each of our products to the client, we keep you informed anytime about the status of your shipment by email as well as by real time updates in your user panel.

All auctioned Daxdi products have VAT included in the final auction price and free shipping to any country in the world.

All shipments are processed with express transport companies, usually with UPS, DHL, SEUR, DPD and MRW.

Due to the high volume of daily shipments we have special conditions from the transport companies that benefit exclusively our customers.

We want to explain in detail the whole process of sending our products

Every day we send the products won in auctions or purchased with the deadline at 18:00 CET.

18:00 CET is the maximum time limit at which you must purchase or win an item to be shipped on the same day, all purchases or products won after 18:00 CET will be shipped the next business day.

Due to restrictions and limitations by the express transport companies themselves, we do not ship on Saturdays. All products purchased or earned between Friday after 18:00 CET and Sunday before 18:00 CET will be shipped on Sunday.

Maximum delivery time of 72 hours

Delivery time is very important to us, and we are committed to delivering any product to any country in the world within 48-72 hours.

It is important to inform you that holidays in both countries or cities ( origin and destination ) may affect the delivery time, these circumstances are totally external to us.

Track your shipment in real time

Once your product has been sent you will receive a confirmation email with the information about the company responsible for its transport.

In the email you will find the shipment tracking code, you will also have it available in your Daxdi user panel, so you can check the shipment status at any time.

Product quality and shipping safety

We put all our effort into selling and auctioning the best products on the market, backed by the best brands and verified by ourselves. We are committed to always offering you the best on the market, with the best quality and with a guarantee.

If you receive a product in a package with some mark of blow, manipulation or any anomaly, please indicate it in the delivery note that you will have to sign to the transporter who delivers the product to you, leave record of any anomaly that you appreciate in the received package.

If the package shows any damage caused during transport or appears to have been manipulated, please notify us about the incident within 48 hours after receiving the package.

Return of products due to malfunction or bad packaging

All products sent by Daxdi are checked before they are shipped, however it is possible that a product may have some manufacturing defect or problem during transport, which may result in receiving a product in poor condition.

In these cases we take full responsibility and will send you a new product as soon as you inform us about the incident.

It is very important to check the package at the moment of the pick-up and to leave a written record about the bad condition of the package and to inform us about the incident as soon as possible. We have 48 hours to claim the transport company for the problems caused in the package during the transport. All the products that we send with a value higher than 3.000$ have an insurance.

Returns and how to do it

Returns are not available for won products in auctions unless the product received has some kind of damage or malfunction, in these cases a carrier will pick up the damaged product and give you a new one.

For purchases made through our online shop, there is a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product to return it.

Returned products must be in perfect conditions, with all their original packaging in good condition and without marks of use. We will not accept returns of products that have been manipulated or damaged products that have not been reported to us within the first 48 hours from their reception. In addition, for hygienic reasons we will not accept returns or exchanges of products related to personal hygiene and health that are unsealed.

Money back

Purchases in our online shop have 15 days to be returned and the amount paid will be refunded. To request a refund you have to open a support ticket from your user panel and indicate that you want to return the product. We will send you a label that you will have to stick on the package and within 24 hours a carrier will pick it up at the same delivery address.

Once we have received the product and checked its perfect conditions we will proceed to refund your money, this process is automatic and the refund will be done to the same payment method by which you have paid for the product.

Refunds can take up to 7 days, depending on the payment method used and your bank. We do this as soon as we receive and check the returned product conditions. You will receive a notification via email with all the information regarding to your return and the return confirmation.
